Renee Biscarret

Assistant Property Manager

Renee joined Neil Walter Company in 2010. She was promoted to Property Assistant in April 2012. Her duties include:

  • Assisting Property Manager with preparing Reconciliations and Budgets
  • Resolving incoming tenant calls and concerns
  • Preparation of invoices and rental coupons
  • Coordinate maintenance items with building engineer
  • Prepare tenant correspondence and Property Bulletins as necessary
  • Track tenant Insurance Certificates
  • Conduct janitorial property inspections as necessary
  • Follow up with tenants on outstanding charges
  • Assist with Monthly Reports
  • Other Miscellaneous duties assigned by Property Manager
