Nicole joined Neil Walter Company in 2003 as a Property Accountant. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting for her portfolio, including preparation of monthly financials. Her portfolio of properties consists of commercial, retail and industrial properties, as well as the accounting for the Tacoma Narrows Airport. Nicole also handles development accounting projects on an ongoing basis.
