Denise has been with Neil Walter Company since 2004. She specializes in the leasing and sales of medical office, general office and retail properties. Her current assignments consists of approximately 17 properties totaling over 157,000 square feet, all of which receives her personal attention, regardless of size. Her clients are of the utmost importance and she believes in providing professional service to each one.
As a landlord representative, Denise’s primary objective is to promote leasing activity. She accomplishes this by applying her insight, expertise and resources; thereby enhancing the value of her client’s investment.
