Rich is currently the Operations Manager at the Tacoma Narrows Airport. He is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day airport operations including leasing, tenant relations, public relations, safety and security airfield maintenance. Rich is also the on-site liaison for the City of Tacoma, WSDOT, FAA, DHS and emergency services.

- American Airports Corporation - Airport Operations Manager/Airport Maintenance Manager. Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day airport operations.
- Tacoma Narrows Airport - Flight Instructor/Check Pilot/Charter Pilot. Trained students for private, instrument, commercial and flight instructor ratings. Flew customers in Washington, Oregon and Canada.
