Theron has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2003 specializing in industrial sales and leasing. During this time, Theron has participated in more than $100M in leasing and sales transactions in which he gained a wide range of real estate knowledge in coordinating complex sales and leases. Theron has worked with national, regional and local clients, including both tenant/buyer representation and landlord/seller representation.
Before joining Neil Walter Company in 2007, Theron was a partner in Schuler Properties.
